Saturday Stall
The weekly produce stall is back again this year. Usually starting in June or July, depending on the produce available.
Plotholders, we need your help running the stall. If you can spare a couple of hours one Saturday this year, please let us know on-site or via the contact form.

Annual Apple Day
Our popular annual Apple Day is usually held at the end of September/start of October.
Music, a raffle, freshly squeezed apple juice, and homebakes are available!
Runs between 2pm & 4pm.

Allotment Judging Competition
A chance for you to get a constructive eye over your plot, this annual event is judged by independent, experienced allotment judges and is a chance for your site to shine! Details to be decided, updates in the summer.

Annual General Meeting
Our AGM takes place in January each year in the Parish Hall diagonally opposite from the main entrance of the Godfrey Road allotments.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available alongside an update on allotment activities.

Plant Stall
Get the bank holiday weekend off to a bloomin’ good start by visiting our plant stall. Stocked with ‘just in case’ extra seedlings from plotholders, you might find some gems to cheaply stock your borders, or get started on your own veg for this year.

Annual Allotment Show
The big event to get you ready for our big event the week after, anyone can enter the competitions at this show. Entries close on Friday 09 August and see the website for the Horticulture Schedule which includes the classes and the rules. https://halifaxshow.uk/horticulture

Attention plotholders! The annual show date is booked so you have plenty of time to bring your fruits, veg and flowers up to show standard for the independent judge to cast their eye over your offerings. Pop to the Halifax Agricultural Show the week before to see how it’s done.
